Planning & Coordination

Our team works closely with funeral home staff to coordinate timing and ensure a seamless funeral event. Your funeral home will confirm the time and day with us. The time and day of the service will determing the opening & closing fee amount.

Opening & Closing Fee

Opening & closing refers to the preparation of the burial space and the respectful closing following services.

Timing & Scheduling

The opening and closing amount is based on the time of day and day of the week of the service.

Fees are higher for services scheduled after 2:00 PM and on the weekends. Service time is based on the start of the funeral event, including time at the funeral home. Holiday exclusions apply.

Payment

The full opening and closing amount is due prior to burial.

For pre-planning families, please note this fee cannot be paid until a funeral has been scheduled, as timing determines the final amount.
